Our approach

NoriPDF is designed to process documents on your device. The developer does not operate a document-processing server and does not receive the PDFs, page images, OCR text, edit selections, signatures, redactions, or watermark text you use in the app.

Information processed on your device

The app processes documents and images you choose, text recognized for OCR suggestions, editing selections, signatures you create, and watermark text to provide the features you request. Local drafts, recent-document references, preferences, usage allowance state, and a cached purchase-entitlement status may be stored on your device.

Data collection and tracking

NoriPDF does not require an account and includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDK. The app does not use data for cross-app tracking. Document content is not transmitted to the developer during editing.

Purchases

In-app purchases and restoration are processed by Apple through StoreKit. NoriPDF receives transaction and entitlement status needed to unlock features. The developer does not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple processes purchase information under Apple’s policies.

Files you export or share

A file may leave your device only after you choose a system destination such as Files, iCloud Drive, another storage provider, printing, email, or a share extension. The destination you select processes that file under its own terms and privacy policy.

Permissions

• Camera access is requested only after you choose Scan Document.
• File and photo imports use Apple system pickers.
• Denying a permission prevents the related feature but does not affect unrelated local PDF tools.

Retention and deletion

Documents, drafts, recent items, and preferences remain under your device and system storage controls. You can remove working copies and recent items in NoriPDF and can delete the app to remove its container. Purchase entitlement may remain in the system Keychain or be recoverable from Apple so a valid purchase can be restored.

Diagnostics

The app does not intentionally write document content, OCR text, filenames, signature content, watermark text, or redacted content to application logs. Apple may provide aggregated crash or diagnostic information according to your device and App Store settings; Apple controls that collection.

Children

NoriPDF is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Changes

If a future version adds server processing, analytics, accounts, or other data flows, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before release.
