Privacy Policy

Branchora is designed to keep your mind maps private. No Branchora account is required, and we do not operate a server that stores your map content.
1. Map data and iCloud
Your maps are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud for Branchora, Apple’s iCloud service can sync that data between devices signed in to your Apple Account. We do not receive or store your map content on a developer-operated server. Apple’s handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
2. Purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Branchora receives transaction status needed to unlock purchased features, but does not receive your full payment-card details. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled by Apple.
3. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Branchora does not include third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal information. The current app does not use third-party analytics SDKs to collect your map content.
4. Support email
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and issue description. We use it only to respond to your request and resolve the issue. Avoid sending private map content unless it is necessary for support.
5. Retention and deletion
You control local and iCloud map data through your device and iCloud settings. Deleting maps in the app removes them from the app’s data store and may sync that deletion through iCloud. You may ask us to delete your support correspondence.
6. Children
Branchora is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a Branchora account because the app does not offer one.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when Branchora’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
