Terms of Use

1. The app
NoriPDF is a general-purpose tool for viewing, editing, signing, organizing, redacting, scanning, watermarking, and exporting PDF documents. Features are provided on an “as available” basis and may vary by platform or system version.
2. Authorized use
Use NoriPDF only with documents you own or are authorized to edit. You must not use it to bypass passwords or access controls, unlawfully alter official records, forge signatures, violate privacy rights, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
3. Redaction and OCR
Permanent redaction rebuilds exported pages to remove selected content from the new file. OCR suggestions can miss or misidentify sensitive information. Review every page and the export result before sharing, and retain the source document when required.
4. Watermarks and signatures
Visible watermarks and drawn signatures are document markings, not cryptographic digital signatures. Traceable Copy is an experimental convenience feature and is not a guarantee of detection after every transformation.
5. Purchases
NoriPDF may offer a non-consumable Pro in-app purchase through Apple. Price, taxes, availability, refund eligibility, and purchase restoration are governed by the App Store. Restore Purchases asks Apple to refresh eligible entitlements.
6. Responsibility
NoriPDF does not provide legal, regulatory, compliance, security, accounting, or records-management advice. You are responsible for your documents, selections, outputs, and determining whether a file is suitable for your obligations.
7. Privacy
Use of NoriPDF is also governed by the Privacy Policy. A file may be processed by another provider when you explicitly export or share it to that provider.
